The Texas Women Ventures Fund (TWVF) invested in Karlee in June 2006. TWVF was the lead investor in a $2.3 million sub-debt round. CapSource and CapSource 2000 Funds also invested in this round.

Texas Women Ventures Fund, LP (TWVF), along with Pinnacle Minority Supplier Development Fund, LP, invested $2 million in The Warrior Group, in March 2007. TWVF led the transaction and sourced the co-investor fund to participate in this sub-debt round.
