Business Description: Warrior Group was founded in 1997 by Gail Warrior. Since then it has become the largest minority- and woman-owned permanent modular construction company in the country. Its vision is to be recognized as the superior provider of innovative and flawless construction services by consistently demonstrating customer care and ethical responsibility. In 2004, Warrior Group was part of the team that built the largest temporary modular building complex, the first time over 300,000 square feet of modular barracks had been built. In 2006, Warrior Group was a part of the team to build over 1,000,000 square feet of modular barracks at Fort Bliss. In 2007, Warrior Group was part of the team to build permanent, 2-story, modular barracks at Fort Bliss, also a first. In 2008, Warrior Group became part of the team that is building the first three-story and four-story modular barracks at Ft. Carson and at Fort Sam Houston. Warrior Groups proven success has positioned the company to be the leading provider of high quality, permanent modular structures.

Investment: In March 2007, TWV was the lead investor in a $2 million sub-debt round with Pinnacle Minority Supplier Development Fund, LP. The Warrior Group successfully exited the fund in 2009.
