Joy Wallace, President and CEO of J.O.Y. Foods®, Inc. will be recognized as the 2008 WFF Entrepreneur of the Year. Wallace founded J.O.Y. Foods in 1998 as the exclusive supplier of the Pizza Hut® Pizza Pack product line to the K-12 school Foodservice market and now, through her leadership and business acumen, she has developed a line of proprietary, scratch-like pizzas and opened a 24,000 square foot facility in Dallas to support the continuing growth of the company.
