The Texas Women Ventures Fund's Investment Team is a group of seasoned professionals who provide invaluable support and guidance to the fund and its portfolio companies. From analyzing new deals and helping raise new funds to coaching women entrepreneurs and identifying leadership to add to executive teams, our Investment Team offers expert strategic planning to ensure that the fund meets its goals and objectives.
Our investment team consists of our Investment Advisory Committee, Investment Committee and associates. The Investment Advisory Committee (IAC) is responsible for performing the initial review of the deal to see if it is a good fit for the fund and interviewing and evaluating the management team of a company seeking funding. If the company and deal are determined to be a good fit for the fund, the Investment Committee is responsible for drawing up the terms of the deal.
